Code of Governance Manual
The National Paediatric Hospital Development Board is committed to operating to the highest standards of efficient and effective corporate governance. This is particularly important given the values that drive the approach and behaviour of the Board to subject itself to the highest standards of scrutiny. The Code of Governance Manual sets out the systems and processes by which the Board directs and controls its functions and manages its business.
