The National Paediatric Hospital Development Board is responsible for overseeing the building of the hospital. It is chaired by Tom Costello and led by the Project Director John Pollock. The board’s members have the combined experience and expertise in architecture, planning, engineering and procurement to bring this very large and complex project to completion.
